Here's looking at you...

They caught me tearing out of Born Free 4 this year.  This pic was stolen from the Mooneyes site.  I would link it here but I can't find it again :(

The VLH

Well it took a while to get things rolling with the VLH.  Got busy with work and then took apart the Pan, so the VLH has been on hold.  Just finished up the motor yesterday and dropped her in.  Big thanks to Andy for helping out with both knowledge and specialty tools.  It is pretty crazy how different everything is on all these old bikes and if you don't know the right people, let me tell you, stuff can get pretty tricky.  She's far from done, but I'm gonna fab up the fenders today and see if I can get her looking a little more like the bike she longs to become....

It's in their blood.

Here are some photos of my two boys, who as luck may have it, love motorcycles.  Picked up Axel this little Indian for his 3rd birthday and took Tavo on his first Panhead ride the other day.  Needless to say, this is a father's dream, but as they say, "watch what you wish for".....

Been a while...

Well, its been a while.  I have traveled all over this beautiful country on the Pan these last couple of months.  Met some amazing people and spilled a lot of oil.  Right before I left to California, I decided to take apart my perfectly good motor due to the nerves of being caught with my pants down, somewhere in the deserts of southeastern california.  Hind sight is 20/20 as they say, but my advice to you is this.  If your bike runs just fine.  Leave it the hell alone.
